Does any cumulative pack exist that installs all Me updates by Microsoft, including, for example, DirectX 9. I've included some screenshots of such sort of pack for the russian version of Windows Me, but I haven't found retail boxed russian version of the system, so I need the english one. VXD 4. For the most part, the programs you listed are the things I have to individually install every time I do a fresh install of Windows ME. The only thing you didn't include was that Windows Installer 2.
