If you have previously installed a pre-release version of Windows 7 and Windows Server R2 SP1 on your machine, you must uninstall that version before installing SP1. Download Certified. To install the tool immediately, select Open or Run and then follow the instructions. To use the tool later, select Save and download the installation files to your PC. On the Installation complete screen, select Close.

In the search box, enter troubleshooter and then select Troubleshooting from the list of results.
